  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information
  • Location Data: GPS coordinates, IP address (used for venue discovery and crowd level features)
  • Usage Data: App interactions, features used, time spent, crash reports
  • Log Data: Access times, pages viewed, app crashes, system activity

Information from Third Parties

  • Social Login: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email
  • Payment Providers: Transaction confirmations from Paystack

Mobile App Permissions

  • Camera: To scan QR codes for check-ins or upload profile photos (optional).
  • Storage: To save venue images and cache data for offline access.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Venues: When you make a reservation, we share your name, contact details, and booking information with the venue
  • Payment Processors: Paystack processes your payments securely. We do not store your full card details
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Supabase, Vercel), analytics, customer support tools
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time:

  • 1.Open the Accraaa app
  • 2.Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • 3.Confirm your decision

Alternatively, email privacy@accraaa.com with subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.

Note: Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to complete pending transactions.

Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@accraaa.com and we will delete such information.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Ghana, including countries where our service providers are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act.
